Yosemite National Park

Located in California’s Sierra Nevada mountains, Yosemite became our third National Park in 1890.  Yosemite is renown for its diverse and splendid natural beauty.

It boasts two soaring granite rock formations, El Capitan at 8,842 feet and Half Dome at 7,569 feet. There are countless waterfalls, including Yosemite falls, dropping 2,425 feet, and the iconic Bridalveils falls at 620 feet. The park is also home to ancient and giant sequoia trees, some estimated to be over 2,000 years old.
